Professor PIP Joseph L. Wroblewski, of Forty Fort, Pennsylvania, USA, served as president of The International Association of Lions Clubs after his inauguration at the association's 68th Convention held in Dallas, Texas, USA, June 19-22, 1985.

 

He was invited to serve as Professor for The History of Lionism. His teaching is fun, humorous, and thought-provoking.
