I’d like to congratulate you on the success of this conference and the founding of International Lions University. International President Dr. Jung-Yul Choi proposed the founding of International Lions University two years ago, which has profound historical and practical significance. It will also have a profound impact on the International Lions Association and 1.4 million Lions members.
 
In-depth education is an objective requirement for social future development, and also a subject that everyone needs to face. Especially in today's rapid development of science and technology, as the leader of humanitarian assistance and community service, the International Lions Association should pay more attention to the in-depth education and quality improvement for Lions and their friends.
 
As an international director, it is a great honor and treasure to participate in the conference in this special way during the new coronavirus outbreak. I strongly support and actively promote this project in Mainland China. I sincerely hope the campuses of International Lions University will be established around the world as soon as possible.
