International President (2019-2021) Dr. Jung-Yul Choi of Busan, Republic of Korea, was elected to serve as international president of Lions Clubs International at the association’s 102nd International Convention, held in Milan, Italy, July 5 through July 9, 2019.
He serves as General Advisor of International Lions University. He teaches the Course of Leadership.

Joseph “Joe” Preston, of Mesa, Arizona, USA, was elected to serve as president of The International Association of Lions Clubs at the association’s 97th international convention held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, July 4-8, 2014.

Gudrun Yngvadottir, from Gardabaer, Iceland, was elected to serve as international president of Lions Clubs International at the association’s 101st International Convention, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, June 29 through July 3, 2018. As of July 9, 2019, she will serve as Chairperson for the foundation through June 30, 2020.
Past President Yngvadottir is a biomedical scientist and has worked in research, education, and management. Since 1990 she has worked at the University of Iceland as Vice Director at the Institute of Continuing Education.

Pai-Hsiang Fang, from Taichung, Taiwan was elected to serve a two-year term as international director of Lions Clubs International at the association’s 103rd International Convention, June 25 through June 29, 2021.
Director Fang has worked in construction planning and business management for 27 years. He is currently the CEO of Cheng Bang Construction Co., Ltd.

Richard L.C Huang, from Taoyuan, Taiwan was elected to serve as international director of Lions Clubs International at the association’s 101st International Convention, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, June 29 through July 3, 2018.
Director Huang is currently CEO of Loctai Enterprise Co. with 32 years of experience in the industry.
